Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate MN Saleem ordered the release of both men, along with all other accused including Ramesh Vyas, Pandurang Kadam, Ashok Vyas, Neeraj Shah, and Prem Taneja, “on the ground of parity”, and has directed them not to leave the country.
