A woman from Uttar Pradesh delivered a stillborn baby on the roadside near the Press Club Chowk in Jalandhar district of Punjab.

The woman’s husband, who is an auto-rickshaw driver by profession, alleged that his phone calls for an ambulance went unattended before they left home for hospital.
