We are surprised. But what is more disappointing is the fact that we lost with narrow margins in some constituencies. It's something that we didn't expect.

Is the party going to introspect on what went wrong?
Of course. We will look into what can to be done to avoid this in future. But the right person to reveal the details of this introspection process will be NCP leader R R Patil.
