A three-judge panel of the apex court probed the matter and found Ganguly guilty of &quot;unwelcome behaviour&quot;. Ever since that indictment, strident demands have been made from several quarters that Ganguly resign as WBHRC chief. Ganguly, however, has rubbished the allegations against him and refused to resign. &quot;I have never thought such incident can happen in my life,&quot; he said during the day.
