According to Paul, his sister Madhumita and brother-in-law Colonel Manvendra Roy are trying to usurp the house owned by his father Dr Shankariprasad Paul at 7, Dr SM Avenue, Kolkata-14.

The complainant presently stays alone in Narayan Peth and contributes to various newspapers and websites including Milli Gazette and aakhirkyon.com.
