Baseless rumours of Priyanka Gandhi being considered for the post of Prime Minister made her a surprise trending topic. Rao V tweeted: ‘When you see someone talk about Priyanka as PM, you realize how much slave mentality has seeped into Indian minds.’ Ashutosh Deshpande added: ‘Priyanka for PM? I will migrate to a foreign country.’ A certain Kaveri was more positive: ‘I do like Priyanka a lot, but she has to prove her credentials as an administrator before being thought of as a future leader.’ And from Priti Gandhi: ‘Some fool suggested Priyanka as PM and we on Twitter are being even bigger fools to make her a trending topic!’
