A broker from Worli area said, &ldquo;It&rsquo;s a huge slum rehabilitation project and whenever we show the apartments to any of the potential buyer, we refer to the property as Omkar-Worli project, since Omkar Realtors is constructing the buildings.&rdquo; <img alt="" src="http://images.mid-day.com/2013/jun/Worli.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 361px;" /> The price that&rsquo;s being quoted by the builder, according to brokers, is nearly Rs 40,000 per sq ft. Sources revealed that the Singhs are planning to buy an entire floor in the high rise, and Yuvraj&rsquo;s mother Shabnam is negotiating with the builder. Each floor is nearly 16,000 sq ft in area. Gaurav Gupta, director of Omkar Realtors, refrained from elaborating on whether Yuvraj is buying the property. He said, &ldquo;I cannot comment on whether Yuvraj is negotiating with us or not, but yes, there are a few cricketers who are in talks with us.&rdquo; Gupta didn&rsquo;t give any details on who the other cricketers are, although sources told MiD DAY that two other prominent fast bowlers are in talks over buying flats in the property.
