London: A woman from Thailand’s Surin Province is believed to have the world’s biggest hands that weigh half a stone each.

Duangjay Samaksamam suffers from Macrodystrophia Lipomastosa, a problem which causes enormous amounts of fat deposits to be distributed across her arms and hands, the Daily Star reported.
