I think I am starting to develop the Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, which is caused by compression of a key nerve in the wrist. My left arm is starting to hurt and I suspect it's because I spend long hours on the computer and on the phone. I want to try to 'de-technologise' my life. Since you can carry an Internet connection anywhere now, I find myself randomly surfing the net between shots.<br /><br />An unbridled number of hours are being spent on the phone too. I know it's not possible to totally go off technology but a little discipline is required. I wonder if reading a book in my spare time would have the same effect. I also wonder how many people out there are suffering from this. Something tells me the number isn't small.
