And how can a taxi driver afford to pay for appeals and a corporate striped shirt and chinos for court appearances? How much do you think Kalmadi paid for the singular experience of making a prize ass of himself as TV cameras were trained on his bungling speeches at the Commonwealth Games? How much was paid to hire corrupt contractors, over-priced cab companies and expensive treadmills?
