Just as one thought that Mumbai University (MU) couldn't goof up again, we read about another of its lacunae. Once again, it is the students who are at the receiving end. MU 'forgot' to set up a new Students' Grievance Cell after the existing one was dissolved last year, a report in this paper says.

With no clarity on their previous results and no satisfactory answer from varsity's exam section, students thought they could approach the grievance cell, only to find that there is none. The MU office has been accepting grievance applications, only to pile them on and have them gather dust. The number of students and their problems are increasing daily, but there's nobody to address those because such a cell is non-existent.
