Johannesburg: A 19-year-old American has been arrested over charges of conspiring to provide material support to Islamic State (IS) militant group after carrying out alleged attacks in the name of IS.

According to News24, the Justice Department said that Justin Nolan Sullivan was arrested in Morganton, North Carolina at his home in possession of an unlicensed silencer.
