Green maritime company Artemis <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/news/world-news/article/white-house-official-calls-artificial-intelligence-magical-technology-urges-wider-access-for-students-23634485" rel="nofollow">Technologies </a>has officially launched sea trials for its Artemis EF-12 Pilot &mdash; the world&rsquo;s first 100 per cent electric, hydrofoil pilot boat.&nbsp;
The zero-emission, hydrofoil vessel has been specifically designed to meet the demanding safety and performance needs of daily harbor pilot transfers.&nbsp;
Depending on the configuration, it reaches a top speed of 30 to 32 knots (56-59 kmph). A harbour pilot boat transports specialised marine pilots between the shore and large inbound or outbound ships.
