New process turns sewage into high-purity natural gas

A new wastewater treatment process converts sewage into nearly pure renewable natural gas using advanced heating and a patented bacterial strain. The method has doubled efficiency, increased gas output by 200 pc, and significantly reduced disposal costs.

A wastewater management program produced cleaner natural gas more efficiently and lowered waste disposal cost.

The result was a 200 per cent increase in renewable natural gas production while cutting disposal costs in half.
