"It's similar to what Derren Brown does on TV to make people do things," he said, adding that no one will be put in a trance. "It's just about making them better saleswomen," he explained. Armitage added: "My girls could earn 5,000 pounds a week a few years ago. Now they're lucky to make 500 pounds."
