Charlie Sheen to go to jail for 30 days

Charlie Sheen will be sentenced to 30 days in jail for fighting with wife Brooke Mueller on Christmas Day, according to reports.

The Two and a Half Men star (44) will plead no-contest/guilty to a misdemeanor at his June 7 hearing.

Sheen has decided to take the plea deal to avoid being sentenced to probation.

The couple have since split and Mueller, who later tried to withdraw the charges, was treated at a rehab clinic for a crack cocaine addiction.
