An official of American spy agency CIA is under investigation by the US justice department for allegedly raping at least two Muslim women during his posting in Algeria, a media report said on Thursday.

The victims have alleged that the officer, who was the CIA station chief in the African country, had laced their drinks with a knock-out drug before raping, ABC News reported.
