Facebook helps establish identity of Indian suffering from amnesia in Saudi Arabia

An Indian man suffering from brain tumor and amnesia has been identified three months after he was found in an unconscious state in front of the Indian Consulate in Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, courtesy Facebook.

Dhanigaivel Gunasekaran from Villipuram district in Tamil Nadu was identified after some Tamil community organisations posted his picture on Facebook, the Arab News reported.u00a0
Gunasekaran's photo was shared by over 8,000 people and one of them recognised him.
