In what can be described as a blot on the father-daughter relationship, a Pakistani man sold his 13-year old daughter for 70, 000 rupees for marrying a 55-year old man.

Now, the girl, Sadia, has filed a petition in the Lahore High Court (LHC) seeking protection and action against her own father and other family members.
