The G-77 group of countries and China on Wednesday blasted a Danish draft proposal for an agreement on climate change, saying it threatens the success of the ongoing Copenhagen summit.

The draft text, which was leaked, is a "serious and unfortunate development. It is a major violation that threatens the success of the Copenhagen negotiating process," said Sudan's Lumumba Stanislaus Dia Ping, who heads the G-77 group.
