Scandal-hit golfing superstar Tiger Woods' mother-in-law has been released from hospital.

A spokesman for the Health Central Hospital, in Ocoee, Florida, said Barbro Holmberg, a politician from Sweden and the mother of Woods' wife, was admitted complaining of stomach pains after being assessed by emergency services called to Woods' home.
