Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay (pictured)u00a0 has gone on "a Twitter course" before he joins the micro-blogging site next month. <img alt="" src="/imagedata/2010/jan/GORDON-RAMSAY.jpg" border="5" /> Ramsay has said he'll start tweeting on February 1, but needs to fully understand it before he launches himself onto the site. Speaking on radio, he said, "I've gone on a Twitter course. I'm just going through all the stages in terms of prep, properly understanding it. I'm doing it personally." It is understood his "course" has involved him being tutored by his PR firm. His spokesman insisted that Ramsay would do all the tweeting himself, unlike celebrities who use assistants to tweet. Ramsay is rarely without his Blackberry, but the spokesman said it was likely Ramsay would be a less frequent tweeter than Chef Jamie Oliver, who sometimes posts up to 20 messages a day. Ramsay has yet to create his Twitter account.
