An Italian catering boss is planning to clean up with an amazing range of edible plates for schoolsu00a0- that never need washing. Tiziano (50), of Milan, says he had the brainwave after years of watching schools waste money on plastic plates and dishes and expensive dishwashers. He added, "These dishes cost a few pennies each and are either eaten by the kids or go into recycling bins for animal food."
