A landslide has killed four people after heavy rain outside the capital of Indonesia's remote eastern Papua province, an official said on Wednesday.

A landslide has killed four people after heavy rain outside the capital of Indonesia's remote eastern Papua province, an official said on Wednesday.
"Four people have been killed and several houses were damaged because of the landslide. Rain was likely the cause of the disaster," Health Ministry Crisis Centre head Rustam Pakaya said, adding the incident happened north of Jayapura city.
