Dubai: A man in Saudi Arabia has divorced his wife after she spent over USD 20,000 to undergo a weight-loss operation for a slimmer look.

The “obese” Saudi teacher, consulted a doctor and went under the knife, when her husband, who often complained that his wife was overweight and wished she were slimmer, transferred to another city.
