Mumbai terror suspect Headley pleads not guilty

Pakistani-American terror suspect David Headley on Wednesday pleaded not guilty to 12 charges, including scouting targets for the November 2008 Mumbai terrorist attacks.

Pakistani-American terror suspect David Headley on Wednesday pleaded not guilty to 12 charges, including scouting targets for the November 2008 Mumbai terrorist attacks.

Son of a Pakistani father and an American mother, Headley, who changed his given name of Daood Sayed Gilani in 2006 to hide his Pakistani origin before travelling to India, entered his plea before US Magistrate Judge Arlander Keys in Chicago federal court.
