An Australian man, who tattooed a 40cm penis and a crude slogan on his friend's back, has been charged with GBH (grievous bodily harm).

Matthew Francis Brady, 21, appeared in Ipswich Magistrates Court after he was accused of tattooing the obscene tattoo instead of the Yin and Yang symbol with some dragons that his 25-year-old friend had wanted.
