At least four policemen were killed and six injured on Wednesday in a suicide blast at a checkpost near this Pakistani city, an official said.

Militants rammed an explosive-laden vehicle into the Pir Bala police checkpost, destroying it completely and killing the four policemen, Peshawar capital city police officer (CCPO) Liaquat Ali was quoted as saying by Geo TV.
