Lahore: A man's nose and an ear have been brutally chopped off for eloping with a girl related to him against her family's wish in Pakistan's Punjab province, the latest incident of 'family honour' in the country.
According to police, the 20-year-old girl, who lives in Jhang district, some 160 kms from here, had eloped with her relative Imran Ali sometime ago. The girl was later brought back to her home through a village jury (Panchayat).
