William and his crew were scrambled from RAF Valley and winched her aboard from a sea cliff at Point Lynas. She was flown to hospital in Bangor. &quot;The only way to get her out was by RAF helicopter. The winchman had to give her pain relief,&quot; coastguard spokesman was quoted by the paper as saying yesterday night. The rescue came less than a week after William and his crew rescued a 16-year-old girl when she got into difficulties in the sea off Anglesey.
