New Delhi: Terming as &ldquo;absurd&rdquo; Pakistan&rsquo;s proposal of sending supplies J&amp;K, India yesterday strongly retorted that it along with others in the region have already received enough of &ldquo;trademark exports&rdquo; from that country including terrorism and infiltrators.

India&rsquo;s sharp reaction came after it received a note verbale from Pakistan&rsquo;s Foreign Ministry on Friday proposing to send supplies to J&amp;K. External Affairs Ministry &ldquo;completely and categorically&rdquo; rejected the communication from Pakistan.

&ldquo;A communication was apparently delivered to our High Commission in Islamabad on August 12. I can only characterize its contents that propose sending supplies to the Indian state of J&amp;K as absurd. India and others in the region have already received enough of Pakistan&rsquo;s trademark exports &mdash; international terrorism, cross-border infiltrators, weapons, narcotics and fake currency,&rdquo; MEA spokesperson Vikas Swarup said.
India&rsquo;s reaction came on a day when Pakistan violated the ceasefire along the LoC in Poonch district of J&amp;K. Earlier, Pakistani High Commissioner to India Abdul Basit made provocative statements over Kashmir and said his country will extend full support to people in the Valley.
More curfew in Kashmir Curfew was yesterday extended to several places in Kashmir in view of the separatists&rsquo; call for a march to the heart of the city even as restrictions on the movement of people were in force in rest of the Valley. Curfew was imposed in Ganderbal, Awantipora, Pampore, Baramulla, Sopore and more areas.
