Manila: "Terrorism is the common enemy of human beings," said Chinese President Xi Jinping who strongly condemned the Islamic State (IS) for killing a Chinese national.

Xi made the remarks on the sidelines of the 23rd Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders' Meeting in Manila.
