Two people were injured when a bomb exploded near the Chinese consulate in Karachi&#39;s upmarket Clifton area today. The blast took place around 11.30 am. The bomb was fit on a motorbike parked near a road barrier set up in front of the consulate, reports said. One of the injured was a member of a paramilitary force. A consulate staff said no Chinese were injured in the attack. Two vehicles were damaged. A bomb disposal squad said about 8 to 10 kg of explosives were used to trigger the blast.
