Russia said on Tuesday that it had captured the settlement of Novyi Donbas in Ukraine&rsquo;s Donetsk region.&nbsp;
Ukraine said a <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/news/world-news/article/russian-strikes-damage-1000-year-old-kyiv-monastery-10-killed-across-ukraine-23635345" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Russian drone</a> struck enclosures at the zoo in Kharkiv on Monday, killing rabbits and inflicting stress on other animals.
