Iran reported on Tuesday that thousands of people took to streets in a solemn funeral procession after over 150 schoolgirls were killed in Iran on Saturday following US-Israeli strikes in the country.
Visuals shared by Press TV showed a sea of people, protesting against the killing of 165 young students who perished in the missile strike on Minab Elementary School.
As per UN News, around 100 other students were wounded after the US-Israeli strikes in the country’s Hormozgan province.
Airstrikes by the US and Israel have killed at least 787 people in Iran since the start of the war, the Iranian Red Crescent Society said on Tuesday.
