Amid the escalating war between Iran and Israel, backed by the United States of America, US President Donald Trump on Sunday warned Iran not to escalate its attacks.

Trump, while writing online, said that America will strike back 'WITH A FORCE THAT HAS NEVER BEEN SEEN BEFORE! "

Donald Trump’s statement on the social media platform Truth Social followed Iranian threats on Sunday morning after acknowledging the killing of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

Trump wrote, "Iran just stated that they are going to hit very hard today, harder than they have ever hit before."

He further added, "THEY BETTER NOT DO THAT, HOWEVER, BECAUSE IF THEY DO, WE WILL HIT THEM WITH A FORCE THAT HAS NEVER BEEN SEEN BEFORE!"

Smoke rises from Israel's General Staff building as Iran's retaliatory attacks continue

Retaliating for the attacks made by Israel and the US, Iran has also been firing drone attacks and missiles. As reported by news agency ANI, smoke rising from Israel's General Staff building was seen on Sunday, hours after they started retaliating.

Meanwhile, the TPS IL news agency of Israel said that Magen David Adom, Israel's national emergency medical, disaster, ambulance and blood bank service, has stated that there are no reports of impacts in residential areas or direct injuries following several salvos of Iranian ballistic missiles targeting central and southern Israel, as per ANI.

TPS earlier today said that, according to emergency responders, over 20 people were injured in an Iranian missile strike in Tel Aviv and that one victim is in critical condition, reported ANI.

While taking it to the social media platform X, the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) said that Iran has launched repeated missile attacks on Israel. The post said, "For the 20th time in the last 24 hours, millions of Israelis run to shelter across Israel under Iranian missile fire," the military said, describing continued launches that have triggered frequent air-raid alerts across the country.

In another X post, the IDF said, "Sirens sounding across central Israel," as air-defence systems and civil defence protocols were activated to alert civilians to incoming threats.
