Stanley Green, a 61-year-old man from Kent (UK) called the bomb squad on Monday afternoon, after <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/sports/cricket/article/sports-news-today-shoaib-akhtar-criticises-babar-azam-ben-shelton-advances-to-us-open-final-bcci-invites-applications-for-coe-head-of-sports-science-23649687" rel="nofollow">Google Lens</a> identified a lump of metal he had picked up while metal detecting a field ten years ago. The AI platform also gave a critical warning, telling him not to touch it and call emergency services immediately. &nbsp;&nbsp; &ldquo;I did not know it was a bomb. I was going to melt it down into lead, so I&rsquo;m glad I looked it up first.&rdquo;
For once, we can all be glad that someone used AI.
