US President Biden apologises to Zelenskyy over delay in passing aid package to Ukraine

US President Joe Biden apologized to his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy for the delay in passing a new military aid package, held up by Republican opposition in Congress, reported CNN.

Biden's apology came while he was announcing a new aid package for Ukraine in a bilateral meeting with Zelensky on Friday.
