The viral video shows an agent kneeling on a pregnant woman in the snow while onlookers shout for her release. The situation turned even more disturbing when footage captured the woman being dragged by her arm across the street toward a vehicle. While ICE claims the stop turned violent due to "rioters" attacking agents with snowballs and chemical irritants, Chief O'Hara isn't buying it.
