Parts of South Mumbai faced a water cut on July 15 after technical issues disrupted pumping operations. The BMC said urgent repairs at the Pise barrage and irregular water release from Bhatsa Dam reduced supply by nearly 20 per cent. Water supply is expected to improve by 7 pm
