Guru Tegh Bahadur Nagar railway station on Mumbai's Harbour line is set to become the first multi-level station on the corridor under the Mumbai Urban Transport Project (MUTP) III. The MRVC project will add elevated decks, new foot overbridges, a skywalk and extended platforms, with completion targeted by March 2027.

Mumbai commuters are set to benefit from a 283-metre multimodal skywalk connecting Metro Line 3, Mahalaxmi railway station and the Sant Gadge Maharaj Chowk Monorail station. The 60-crore MMRDA project is around 90 per cent complete and is expected to reduce interchange time by nearly 20 minutes.
