Former India batter Ajinkya Rahane was always known to be a cool and calm customer on the field, never letting the opposition fluster him. He recently revealed that credit for this goes to his love for judo at a young age.

“Agility wise, fitness wise, and even how to control my emotions on the field, I learnt all this through judo. And I learnt to do that through judo,” recently-retired Rahane revealed on the Sony Sports Network.
