<p>Mumbai bounced back after suffering a defeat in their opening game when they thrashed Gujarat by six wickets with nine balls to spare in the West Zone T20 league game at the MCA's BKC ground on Monday</p>
After losing their first match against Baroda, Mumbai got their T20 campaign back on track with a comprehensive six-wicket win over defending champions Gujarat in the Mushtaq Ali T20 tournament at the MCA's Bandra Kurla Complex ground yesterday.

Batting first, Gujarat managed 126-9 thanks to a 47-run partnership for the second wicket between Rajul Bhatt (31) and Rajdeep Darbar (31) after Zaheer Khan (2-14) gave Mumbai an early breakthrough.
