London: Fashion designer Victoria Beckham has revealed she was drunk the first time she met her husband David Beckham, but says it was still &ldquo;love at first sight&rdquo;.

The 42-year-old designer first met the hunky retired soccer star, 41, at Manchester United&rsquo;s grounds at a party in the 90s and the brunette beauty has admitted that their first encounter is &ldquo;hazy&rdquo;. In a letter penned to her former self for the October edition of British Vogue magazine, she shared, &ldquo;Yes, love at first sight does exist. It will happen to you in the Manchester United players&rsquo; lounge &mdash; although you will get a little drunk, so exact details are hazy.
&ldquo;While the other football players stand at the bar drinking with their mates, you will see David standing aside with his family. (He&rsquo;s not even in the first team at this stage &mdash; you are the famous one.)
The couple married in 1999 and now have four children together - sons Brooklyn, 17, Romeo, 14, Cruz, 11, and five-year-old daughter Harper.
