<p>Pretty Little Liars actor Janel Parrish took to Instagram to announce that she got engaged to National Football League star Chris Long.</p>

<p>The actor posted this picture on social media yesterday and wrote: "Went to the park for a stroll with Klee and came back with a fiance. I get to marry my best friend and I&rsquo;m over the moon. I love you @c_long," The couple have been dating for over a year.</p>
