American skiing great Lindsey Vonn, 42, has described new boyfriend Matthieu Bailet, 30, as “amazing”, while admitting that she is still trying to strike a balance between sharing details of her personal life and maintaining privacy.

The three-time Olympic medallist went public with her relationship with Bailet in September, sharing a series of romantic pictures of the couple relaxing in a swimming pool with her 3.6 million Instagram followers.
