She has won four World Cup overall championships and also has an Olympic gold medal in her closet, but American skier Lindsey Vonn still has a huge battle to face, albeit not on the slopes.
In an interview on The Today Show, Vonn opened up about her biggest challenge —her insecurities.
"I'm really confident on the mountain, but I haven't really felt like I fit in so much on the red carpets. I'm just not your typical body type, so I have insecurities. I'm very self-conscious," Vonn said.
