Ayhika Mukherjee was the lone Indian to qualify for the main draw of the Reliance Asian Junior Table Tennis Championships, at the NSCI's Sardar Vallabhai Patel Indoor Stadium yesterday.

Meanwhile, Hong Kong's Ho Kwan Kit and Doo Hoi Kem combined well to fashion a 3-0 win over Chinese Taipei's Liao Cheng-Tiang and Huang Yu-Chiao to enter the junior mixed doubles championship round. In the final, the duo will take on another Chinese Taipei pair Sun Chia-Hung and Chiu Ssu-Hua, who defeated North Koreans Kim Ok Chan and Kim Jinju 3-1 in the other semi-finals.
