Awadhe Warriors thumped the Delhi Smashers 4-1 in an IBL clash at the Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex, Balewadi here last night courtesy some stunning performances from K Srikanth and icon player PV Sindhu.

Srikanth started Awadhe Warriors’ march by taming B Sai Praneeth 21-14, 21-9 in the first men’s singles match. World Championship bronze medallist Sindhu then breezed past Arundhati Pantawane 21-16, 21-17 in the women’s singles tie to make it 2-0.
