Playing his second Group C tie with a -600 handicap, Shandilya, who was earlier shocked by Hasan Badami of CCI, made amends with the tournament&rsquo;s highest break of 196 en route a 250-68 win over junior state champion Nikhil Saigal of Khar Gymkhana.
